Who Is Visions Unlimited, LLC?

In April, 2000, a group of local residents gathered with a common interest to provide a positive incentive for the future development of the Anthony area. The group met in the fellowship hall of the new Christian Church.

The church was completed in the fall of 1998 on an undeveloped 80 acre tract of land adjacent to and northwest of the city of Anthony, after many years of negotiating and attempting to locate within the city limits. The church is located on a full city block, which was donated by the land owner. The members appreciate this location and its accessibility. The remaining 72 acres show potential for development and a desirability for residential and commercial sites as well.

From the group of local residents who initially met, a core group of investors surfaced and made a commitment to purchase the 72 acre tract. This tract surrounds the church and is north and west of the present Dollar General Store and adjacent commercial building. The group of investors, having a common goal of positive vision for the Anthony area, calls itself Visions Unlimited, LLC. The formation of a limited liability company allows for future expansion of the group to an almost unlimited membership. The company invites others who want to be involved in a positive future for this area to become members.

Visions Unlimited, LLC is in planning, platting, zoning and annexation stages with its WheatRidge Addition. The development has a maximum potential of 11 commercial and 59 residential lots. These lots could consist of single family units, multiple family units or any combination that would fit the individuality of potential builders in this area. Visions Unlimited, LLC is considering development of the property in phases to accommodate utilities and the diversified market for residential and commercial use.
